Cory is a viral r/nosleep author, a California native, and a graduate of the Upright Citizens Brigade in Los Angeles. He nabbed his first screenwriting credit with the independent road-trip comedy, MIRACLE MILE, and continues to hone his craft with classes at the Groundlings and Second City. In 2025, he started posting creepy stories online and racked up over 3 million views in 6 months.

Since 2016, he's been married to the love of his life, Colleen De Silva. They have two beautiful children, a boy and a girl, named Bryght and Ayralan. As a writer, Cory loves wrapping complex themes in adrenaline-rushing situations and hopes to one day write an action comedy that makes so much money... Jeff Bezos comes to him personally and asks for a loan.

Cory is currently producing an anthology series TALES FROM THE BUCKET that is based on his viral short stories. It's expected to be released in fall of 2026.
